  Trans Can HIIT with Marquita (Online)  

About the activity

You will be lead you through this 30 minute full body HIIT* workout,  showing you how to incorporate every day items to make a home workout super fun & accessible.

 

*High Intensity Interval training - to perform exercises with little rest before moving to the next exercise.

Who can join

All levels of skill and fitness are welcome, but you must be 18 or over. Trans participants will be offered spaces first, with remaining spaces being offered to allies attending with a trans participant closer to the date. These sessions are only available to individuals who live in the UK due to restrictions to Public Liability Insurance.

 

Price

These sessions are free. However, if you’re able to make a donation to Trans Can Sport, we suggest £5.00 per session.

  Trans Can Core with Liz (Online)  

About the activity

Liz will guide you through 20+ exercises in a 30 minute circuit session focusing on your core and abs with some gentle stretching to complete the workout.
Bring something to lay on like a yoga mat or towel, don’t forget some hydration and wear some comfortable workout clothes.

Who can join

All levels of skill and fitness are welcome, but you must be 18 or over. Trans participants will be offered spaces first, with remaining spaces being offered to allies attending with a trans participant closer to the date.

  Trans Can Fight with Marquita (Online)  

Marquita has designed this 30 minute boxing/kick boxing inspired session to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and promote fat burning, while releasing stress and learning self defence techniques.

Who can join
All levels of skill and fitness are welcome, but you must be 18 or over. Those not registered with Trans Can Sport will be required to fill out a health questionnaire before booking is confirmed. These sessions are only available to individuals who live in the UK due to restrictions to Public Liability Insurance.
