Trans Can Lift - Training For Intermediates

About the activity

This series of workouts are designed for those who have been training consistently for a couple of months and are ready to upskill their current level of knowledge and experience. They are NOT designed for individuals who have never used resistance equipment or are at a beginner level. We recommend that you have been using resistance exercises and equipment as a part of your workouts for at least 3 months - 6 months and are familiar with the following exercises or their variations. Bench Press, Deadlift, Squat, Overhead Press, Lat Pulls/Pull Ups, Rows.

Who can join

Individuals who have at least 3 months experience with resistance exercises and equipment and are 18 or over. Trans participants will be offered spaces first, with remaining spaces being offered to allies attending with a trans participant closer to the date.  


£5.00 per session, payable when you book. £5 or 5 tokens (Trans Can Sport has subsidised this event. Actual cost is £10 per person)

There are Pay It Forward spaces available for this activity, for those who may find cost an issue. Please email to discuss. We want you with us!
