Trans Can Core - (Online)
About the activity
Personal Trainer Liz Ridgway will guide you through 20+ exercises in a 30 minute circuit session focusing on your core and abs with some gentle stretching to complete the workout. Bring something to lay on like a yoga mat or towel, don’t forget some hydration and wear some comfortable workout clothes.
Sessions take place on via online platform ZOOM.
Who can join
Due to public liability and funding restrictions, these session are only available to those who are residents in the UK. All levels of skill and fitness are welcome, but you must be 18 or over. Trans participants will be offered spaces first, with remaining spaces being offered to allies attending with a trans participant closer to the date.
There is no charge for participating in this session, however, if you’re able to make a DONATION to Trans Can Sport, we suggest £5.00 per session.
