About the activity

Circuit Training is one of the most efficient ways to work on and improve your fitness levels and exercise based knowledge. Liz will guide you through a 12 stations circuit, where you’ll work at your own capacity for a timed period followed by a short rest then moving onto the next station. You’ll be working in a private dedicated gym environment utilising a variety of exercise and equipment with Liz’s knowledge and coaching experience. This session is open to all levels where you decide how gentle or intense the workout will be.

Who can join

All levels of skill and fitness are welcome, but you must be 18 or over. Trans participants will be offered spaces first, with remaining spaces being offered to allies attending with a trans participant closer to the date.  


£5.00 per session, payable when you book. There are Pay It Forward spaces available for this activity, for those who may find cost an issue. Please email to discuss. We want you with us!
